Try this
- Take a breath. The page just needs to load again.
- Look for a round arrow near the top. That reloads the page.
- Tap or click it once and wait a few seconds.
- Check that your internet is on at the top of the screen.
- If it still looks messy, close the app and open it again.
- Open the same page one more time, nice and slow.
