You tried to add a photo and it would not go.
This happens to many people. Take a breath.
A few easy steps usually get the photo through.
Try this
- Check that your internet is on at the top of the screen.
- Wait a moment. A big photo can take time to send.
- If it is stuck, tap to cancel and try once more.
- Pick the photo again from your photo album.
- If it still will not go, close the app and reopen it.
- Try the upload one more time, slow and steady.
A message you can copy
I am trying to upload a photo on my [phone or computer] but it will not work. What simple things can I check or try?
Paste the message into ChatGPT, then fill in any blanks before you send it. ChatGPT opens in a new tab. Opening it does not send the message.
Buddy says
A very large photo can be too heavy to send. A smaller size often helps it go through.
