Is it okay to give ChatGPT my home address?

For a general question, ChatGPT rarely needs your full home address. A town or a public place may be enough.
Even a broad area can reveal more with other clues. Leave out door codes and daily routines. Keep details that point to your home private.
A real delivery or booking service may need an address. Use the known service's process if you choose to book. An AI idea does not prove a route is safe or a place is booked.
- Decide which facts the task really needs.
- Try the sample below with no real location. Check that it gives questions, not invented local places.
- For a real outing, check the place's own site or contact it for hours and access needs.
- Add your address only in the known service. Do so only for an action you chose that needs it.
