Can AI explain a phone plan contract?
Compare a phone deal's starting price with its later price.
A phone deal can have more than one price. ChatGPT can sort the terms you give it. It cannot fill in fees that the offer leaves out.
Try this made-up deal: $20 a month for three months, then $40 for nine months. That is $420 for the first year, before any other costs.
Keep the full offer beside you. Check the plan, device payments, taxes and exit terms with the phone company before you sign.
- Open ChatGPT and paste the sample below.
- Check the reply: $60 plus $360 is $420.
- For a real deal, use public terms. Leave out account details.
- Ask the company to explain any missing charge in writing.
