Yes, you can ask ChatGPT not to learn from your chats. This is a privacy choice you control.

By default, your chats may help make the AI better. Many people are fine with this.

But if you want more privacy, you can turn that off in the settings.

Your old and new chats then stay just for you to use.

Try this
  1. Open ChatGPT and find the settings area.
  2. Look for a section about data or privacy.
  3. Find the choice about improving the model or training.
  4. Turn that choice off, then save if asked.
