Where your old chats go and how to find them
Look for a saved chat in the right account.
Saved chats can appear in your chat list. A chat from another account will not be in that list.
A temporary or deleted chat may not be there. An open tab is not a backup.
Try this
- Sign in with the account you used for that chat.
- Open the side menu or chat list.
- Read the titles, or use Search if it is shown.
- Search for a word you remember from the chat.
- Open the match and check the messages. If missing, check archived chats in Settings.

Keep a private copy of answers you need. Do not rely on being able to recover a deleted chat.
