How do I clear my list of old ChatGPT chats?

Each chat you start gets saved in a side list. Over the weeks, that list grows long.
You can clear that whole list and start fresh. Your screen looks neat and clean again.
You do this in the settings. Once they are cleared, they do not come back.
Try this
- Open ChatGPT and sign in.
- Open the settings, often under your name or a small icon.
- Look for the part about your data or your chats.
- Find the choice to clear or delete all chats.
- Tap it and confirm if it asks. Your list is now empty.
