What is a spam message?

Spam is unwanted bulk mail or messages. Some spam is advertising. Some tries to steal money or account details.
You do not need to reply to a message from an unknown sender.
Deleting a message clears it from view. It does not undo a payment or protect a password you already shared.

- Leave links and attachments in doubtful messages unopened.
- Use your mail app to report spam or phishing.
- Keep evidence first if you need to report a loss.
- Delete or block the unwanted message.
- If you shared a password, change it through the real account site.
