What does "loading" or "buffering" mean?
You will know that a short wait on screen is normal, not broken.
Loading means the page or app is getting ready. A short wait is normal.
Buffering is a similar word. It often means a video is filling up before it plays.
You may see a spinning circle or dots. That just means "please wait a moment."
Nothing is broken. Your device is busy fetching what you asked for.

- When you see a spinner, wait a few seconds.
- Avoid tapping over and over. That can slow it down.
- If it takes too long, check your internet.
- Try refreshing the page or reopening the app.
