Can ChatGPT explain a confusing letter I got?
Use a short letter sample and check what it really says.
ChatGPT can put a passage into plain words. It can also miss a condition or invent a next step. Keep the original text for comparison.
Sample: 'Please call to arrange a visit. No date has been booked.' This asks for a call. It does not confirm a visit or its date.
Check real letters through the sender's known site or contact route. Share only the wording you need help with, without private IDs or details.
- Try the sample below.
- Check that the visit stays unbooked.
- Compare the reply with each line of the original.
- Verify real instructions and any deadline before acting.
Explain this sample: 'Please call to arrange a visit. No date has been booked.' State the requested action and what has not happened. Do not invent a date or say a call was made.
Paste the message into ChatGPT, then fill in any blanks before you send it. ChatGPT opens in a new tab. Opening it does not send the message.

A clear explanation does not prove a letter is genuine.
