Waiting to hear back is hard. A short, polite email can help. It shows you are keen and kind.

You do not want to sound pushy. You just want a gentle nudge. ChatGPT can find that soft tone for you.

ChatGPT is a free helper you type to. Tell it the job and how long you waited. It writes a warm note.

Try this
  1. Open ChatGPT in your web browser.
  2. Tell it the job title and when you applied.
  3. Ask for a short, polite follow-up email.
  4. Read it. Add the person's name if you have it.
  5. Send it from your own email.
A message you can copy

Write a short, polite follow-up email about a job. I applied for [job title] on [date] and have not heard back. Keep it warm and not pushy.

Paste it into ChatGPT, then change the words in brackets to fit you. It opens in a new tab, so you will not lose this page.
