The three lines open your side menu
Open the chat list and find your way around.
The side menu holds links and chats. On a wide screen, it may already be open.
Its button can look like lines or a small side panel. The shape and place can change.
Try this
- Look near the edge of the page for the menu or sidebar button.
- Open it if your chat list is hidden.
- Choose a chat title to open that chat.
- Use New chat when you want a new topic.
- Close the panel if you need more room to read.

In the Mac desktop app, Command+B opens or closes the sidebar.
