You will be able to find the sign-up code and type it in the right spot.

When you sign up, ChatGPT may send you a code. This is to make sure it is really you.

The code is a short set of numbers. It comes to your email or as a text on your phone.

Go check your email or text messages. Look for a new message from ChatGPT or OpenAI.

Then type that code back into ChatGPT. This is a normal, safe step.

Try this
  1. Leave the ChatGPT page open. Do not close it.
  2. Open your email or your text messages.
  3. Find the new message with the code in it.
  4. Type or copy that code back into ChatGPT.
  5. You are in. That is all there was to it.

If no code comes, wait a minute and check your spam folder. You can also ask it to send a new one.
