Most questions do not need your real name. You can use a made-up name, or just say 'I'.
A name can point to you when it is paired with a workplace, address, or other facts. Share only what the task needs.
Try this
- Write your question without your name first.
- Use 'my friend' or a made-up name in a draft.
- Leave out passwords, bank numbers, and sign-in codes.
- Check the whole message before you send it.
