How to keep ChatGPT signed in
You will learn how to stay signed in so ChatGPT opens right up.
On your own locked device, you can choose to stay signed in between visits.
Closing a tab is different from logging out. Your browser may keep the sign-in cookie.
You may still be asked to sign in again. A session can end or a security check can be needed.
Try this
- Sign in on a device only you or someone you trust can use.
- Close the page when done if you want to stay signed in.
- Open the same app or browser profile next time.
- If asked, use your usual sign-in method again.
