How do I report a wrong or unhelpful answer?
You will learn how to flag an answer that seems wrong or unkind.
Sometimes an answer is wrong or just not helpful. You can let ChatGPT know.
Near each answer there are two small thumb icons. A thumbs down marks an answer as poor.
This helps the makers improve it. It also lets you ask for a better reply.
Try this
- Look just below the answer you did not like.
- Find the small thumbs down icon.
- Tap it. You may get to say what was wrong.
- Then type and send a clearer question to try again.
