How to go back to ChatGPT after you close it
Find saved chats when you return to the same account.
You can open ChatGPT again in its app or at chatgpt.com.
To find saved chats, use the same account and sign-in method as before.
A deleted chat cannot be brought back. An unsaved Temporary Chat or a chat made while signed out may not be in your list.
Text you had not sent may be lost when a page closes.
Try this
- Open chatgpt.com in your browser, or open the official app.
- Sign in to the same account if asked.
- Open the chat list and pick a saved chat.
- If it is missing, check the account and archived chats.
