Why you check the box saying you are not a robot
Read a human check without rushing.
A real site may use a human check to limit automated visits. It may ask you to wait, tick a box, or choose pictures.
A fake check can look much the same. Open ChatGPT from its official address first.
Try this
- Type chatgpt.com in your browser's address bar.
- Follow the on-page check if it asks for a box or pictures.
- Read its words before you act. Use another offered check if you need it.
- Stop if it asks you to paste a command, install software, or share a password to prove you are human.
- If the check keeps failing, use the site's help route. Do not try to bypass it.

Buddy says
A human check should not need remote access to your computer.
