How do I bookmark ChatGPT in my phone browser?
Save a browser link and check that it opens the right site.
A bookmark saves a link inside your browser. It does not save a copy of your chats.
Use your phone browser for these steps, rather than the ChatGPT app.
Try this
- Type chatgpt.com in Safari or Chrome.
- On iPhone Safari, open More and choose Add Bookmark to. Pick a place and save.
- On a Safari layout with a bookmarks button, hold that button and choose Add Bookmark.
- On Android Chrome, open More beside the address bar and choose Add to bookmarks.
- Open your browser's Bookmarks list and choose the saved ChatGPT link.

Check the address before you save it. A bookmark can save a fake site too.
