How to ask ChatGPT to pick one best answer
You will learn to ask ChatGPT for one clear pick, not a long list.
A long list of options can feel hard. Too many choices can freeze you.
You can ask ChatGPT to choose just one. Ask it to tell you why.
You do not have to follow it. A single pick just makes the choice easier.
Try this
- Tell ChatGPT what you are deciding.
- Ask it to pick just one best option.
- Ask it to say why in one or two lines.
A message you can copy
I am deciding about [your topic]. Please pick just one best option for me. Tell me why in a sentence or two.
Paste the message into ChatGPT, then fill in any blanks before you send it. ChatGPT opens in a new tab. Opening it does not send the message.

If you want to compare, you can still ask for the runner-up after.
