How to ask ChatGPT for an example you can copy
You will learn to ask for a finished example to follow.
It is hard to make something when you have never seen one done.
You can ask ChatGPT to show you a finished example. A model to follow.
Then you know what good looks like. You can make your own version from there.
Try this
- Tell ChatGPT what you need to make.
- Ask: show me a finished example I can follow.
- Use the example as a guide, then make it your own.
A message you can copy
I need to write [your thing]. Please show me one finished example I can use as a guide.
Paste the message into ChatGPT, then fill in any blanks before you send it. ChatGPT opens in a new tab. Opening it does not send the message.
Buddy says
An example shows the shape. You still fill it with your own words.
