Why will ChatGPT not send my message?
Keep your draft safe while you check the problem.
A message can fail for more than one reason. Check the error before you reload or resend.
Your unsent words may be lost if you close the page. Save a private copy first.
Try this
- Copy your draft into a private note.
- Check whether the message already appears in the chat.
- Read any error, file-upload notice, or limit time.
- Check that another web page loads. Wait for an upload to finish if needed.
- If the page is stuck, reload it after saving the draft.
- Try one send once the problem clears. If it fails again, save the error for support.

Do not tap Send over and over. You may send the same message twice.
