First, take out anything private. Leave out real names, numbers, and addresses. Leave out account and health details too.

Use made-up details for practice. Do not paste private records, even with the name removed.

Removing a name alone may still leave clues about a person. Keep private records out of this practice.

Treat the reply as a draft. Check key facts with the real source. For health, money, or legal advice, ask a qualified person.
