No sound? First, press the volume up button on the side of your phone. Press it a few times. Still nothing? Look for a small speaker picture on the video. Does the speaker have a line through it? Tap it once. The sound comes back.
A short ad may play before your video. That is normal. Wait a few seconds. A Skip button often appears in the corner. Tap it to go to your video. No Skip button? Just wait a moment. Your video starts on its own. To fill the whole screen, look at the bottom corner of the video. Look for a small square. It may look a little different on each device. Tap it to make the video big. Tap it again to make it small.
