Today we will find a photo. Then we will send it to someone. Take your time. Breathe. There is no rush.

On most phones (with iPhone and Android notes)
  1. Find your photos app on your phone. On an iPhone it is called Photos. On an Android phone it may be called Photos, Google Photos, or Gallery.
  2. Tap the app to open it.
  3. You will see many small pictures. These are your photos.
  4. Scroll up and down with your finger.
  5. Find the photo you want to send.
  6. Tap that photo. It will fill the screen.
  7. Now look for the Share button. On an iPhone it is a small box with an arrow pointing up. On an Android phone it is often three dots, or an arrow.
  8. Tap the Share button. A list of ways to send will pop up.
  9. Pick how you want to send it. Tap Messages to send a text. Or tap your email app to send an email.
  10. Pick the person you want to send it to.
  11. Tap Send. Well done.
  12. Try not to worry about cost. A text is usually free with your phone plan. Email is free on Wi-Fi.

Buddy’s tip

Buddy tip. Tap just one photo first. Then only that photo is open. This way you will not send extra pictures by mistake.

Open your photo, tap Share, then pick how to send it.
