Can ChatGPT help me keep track of my appointments?
Put appointments in date order without changing them.
Use labels and complete dates for practice. ChatGPT can sort the list. It needs a reference date to say which comes next.
Sample: today is September 13, 2026. Visit A is September 15 at 2 pm; B is September 14 at 9 am. B comes next.
Check dates, am/pm and time zones against confirmations. Add private details to your calendar outside chat. Set and check reminders yourself.

- Set calendar entries or paper reminders and keep them up to date.
