How to summarize a long email
Find an email's main point without adding facts.
ChatGPT can sum up a short piece of text. Remove private names, phone numbers, links to join calls and other details it does not need.
Sample: 'Please send the draft by Friday. The meeting date is not set.' A good reply keeps the task due on Friday and the missing meeting date.
Check the email for each task, date and rule. If a message is out of the blue, use a route you trust to check who sent it. A short version does not send a reply.
