Seeing it all laid out brings relief. You know what each day holds.
Try this
- Open ChatGPT in your web browser or app.
- List everything you need to do this week.
- Note any that must happen on a set day.
- Ask it to spread the rest across the week.
- Keep the plan somewhere you will see it.
A message you can copy
Here is what I need to do this week: [your tasks]. Some have set days: [those tasks]. Please lay it all out into a calm weekly plan.
