Choose a shelf or one small section. ChatGPT can help make a plan, but you decide what to keep. Do not let it discard papers or valuables from a vague description.
Use three groups: keep, give away and unsure. Check ownership, condition and what a charity accepts before giving things away.
Try a ten-minute task. Leave the area safe when you stop. Review the unsure group later instead of forcing a quick choice.
