This is a fair worry. Your photos are personal.
When you add a photo, ChatGPT looks at it to help you. It does not post it anywhere for you.
You can delete a chat anytime. That removes the photo from that chat.
Try this
- Open ChatGPT.
- Only add a photo if you feel ready.
- Ask your question about the photo.
- Delete the chat later if you want it gone.
A message you can copy
I am going to share a photo of [what it shows]. Please tell me [what you want to know].
Paste it into ChatGPT, then change the words in brackets to fit you. It opens in a new tab, so you will not lose this page.
