Does the AI know things about me it shouldn't?
You will feel calmer knowing the AI only sees what you type.
Take a breath. The AI is not spying on you. It does not know your name, your home, or your secrets.
It only sees the words you type into the chat box. That is all. It cannot peek into your phone or your life.
So you are in control. You choose what to share. If you leave it out, the AI has no way to know it.
Try this
- Type a simple question, like asking for a recipe.
- Notice the AI only answers what you asked.
- Leave out private things like your address or passwords.
- Share only what feels safe and comfortable to you.
