It might read the words in a document. It might describe what is in a photo. This can save you time.
What you can share depends on the version you use. If you do not see a way to add a file, that is okay. You can also just type or paste your text.
Try this

- Pick the file you want to share.
- Type a short question about it, like "What does this say?"
- Read the reply and ask follow-up questions.
