How do I prepare good questions for a tour or guide?
You will learn to make a short list of helpful questions.
A guided tour is more fun when you join in. A few good questions help you learn more.
AI can help you make a short question list. Tell it the place and what you care about.
Keep your list small and friendly. Guides love curious, kind visitors.
Try this
- Tell AI where the tour is.
- Share what you want to learn.
- Ask for a few simple questions.
- Pick your three favorites.
- Save them on your phone.
A message you can copy
I am going on a tour at [place]. I am curious about [history, food, or local life]. Please give me a few simple, friendly questions to ask the guide.
Paste the message into ChatGPT, then fill in any blanks before you send it. ChatGPT opens in a new tab. Opening it does not send the message.

There are no silly questions. Guides enjoy sharing what they know.
