A lesson ending does not mean a week has passed.

Use a real week you have tracked, or the made-up record here. Do not claim tasks happened just because you finished a lesson.

Mark what was done, moved, still needed or no longer needed. Check before dropping a task with a real due date.

Keep one useful thing if you found one. You do not need to invent a win or explain everything that went wrong.

Facts before reasons

A pattern is a clue, not proof of its cause.

If calls planned at 4 p.m. kept moving, that is something to investigate. It does not prove the hour caused the problem.

Ask what got in the way. Check your free time, the service’s hours and how long the task took. Leave the reason unknown if you do not know.

Choose a change that fits the new facts. Keep the old helper while you edit and compare the whole result, including parts that should stay.
