Last week you made a plan. Today you look back at it.
Last lesson, you built a saved helper. A saved helper is a prompt you keep and reuse. Yours plans your week. Nice work.
Now the week is done. Today you do one calm thing: you look back.
You see what fit. You see what did not. Then you fix one small part. That is all.
Open your saved helper and read your week plan. Go task by task. For each one, ask a simple question: did this happen?
Mark each task one of three ways: done, moved, or skipped. No blame. A plan is a tool, not a boss. A hard week is not your fault.
Skip the big stuff. For money, health, legal, or safety choices, ask a real person you trust.

We are not grading you. We are just looking at the truth, kindly. That is how the plan gets better.
