Here are three simple forms. Read each one and notice which sounds like you:
A day-by-day planone short block for each day. Best when set times rule your week.
A grouped listtasks sorted by type, like calls in one group and errands in another. Best when you like to batch jobs together.
A top-three-a-day listjust three tasks each day, nothing more. Best when the week already feels heavy.
Pick the one that sounds most like you. A plan only helps when it fits your real life.
