Map a small task you do often

Give each step what it needs.

Choose a task you know, such as a short note. Name the result you want. Use enough steps to make the order clear, not a fixed number.

Get the facts before asking for the draft. The next step needs those facts. If a key fact is missing, find it before you send anything.

Keep a check between the draft and its use. Compare the full draft with your source. Fix each error you find, then check again.

You may find that a saved note is enough and AI adds no value. Keep the routine that helps you.

Use only the details needed. A garden note needs a meeting place, but the draft need not include a private contact list.

Put the check before sending.

Made-up task: draft a weekly garden note. The latest group plan supplies the day, time, place, job and tools. You send the note yourself after checking it.

Add the missing steps.

Sample routine: ask AI for a weekly what-to-bring note, then send it. The organizer has a fresh plan each week. Rewrite the routine so the facts and check come at the right time.
