Getting your lessons ready
Save your whole routine as one note you can run again.

Last time, you made four small parts. Your steps. Your facts. Your form, which means how the answer should look, like a list instead of a paragraph. And your check.
Today you do one calm thing. You put all four parts in one note and save it.
Then next week, you do not rebuild anything. You just open the note. Here are the four parts you will gather, in this order:
One rule keeps you safe: leave out anything private. That means no names, no home address, no account numbers, and no health details.
And skip the big stuff. For money, health, legal, account, or safety choices, ask a real person you trust.

Welcome back! You already did the hard part. Today we just tidy it up and keep it.
