Now let's lock the form your answer takes.
Last time you set up a small task you do again and again. Today you add one thing. You tell ChatGPT the form you want. The form is just how the answer looks when it is done. A list looks different from a paragraph.
If you do not name the form, ChatGPT has to guess. One week it sends a long paragraph. The next week it sends a list. You wanted them to match. Naming the form fixes that.
So pick one plain form for your answer. Here are three easy ones:
One rule keeps you safe. Leave out anything private. That means names, your address, account numbers, and health details. When in doubt, leave it out.
A fixed form is great for texts, notes, and lists. But it will not catch a wrong fact. For money, health, legal, account, or safety details, check it by hand and ask a real person you trust.

Pick just one form. The form is simply how it looks when it is done: a text, a note, or a list.
