Keep a fact block fresh

A blank needs a next step.

Include facts that change the result. For a garden note, that may mean the day, time, place, job and tools.

Write not yet known when a needed fact is missing. Do not turn a blank into last week’s value or an AI guess.

Say where to find the missing fact. Pause the final note until that fact is checked. A marked gap is useful, but it does not make a draft ready to send.

Keep time details such as a.m. and p.m. A note that only says 9 does not tell you which one.

Share only what the draft needs. You can add a private name yourself later, outside ChatGPT, if the final message needs it.

Keep the job open until it is known.

Made-up current garden plan: Saturday, 9 a.m., garden shed, bring gloves and water. This week’s job has not been set. The organizer will supply it.

Write a book-club fact block.

Sample current plan: Tuesday, 7 p.m., library room 2. The chapters to read are not yet set. Write the fact block and a next step for the gap.
