Let's hold your facts in one place.
Last time you started a small task you do often. Today you make it faster and easier.
Many tasks repeat. A weekly reminder. A weekly note to helpers. Each time, you type almost the same words.
So stop typing them again and again. Write them once. We call that a fact block. It is just a short note you keep and paste each time.
Here is the trick. Most of the facts stay the same. Only one small part changes. You write the steady part once. Then you leave a blank for the part that changes.
