Today you save one of those prompts. Then it is ready and waiting next time you need it.

A great prompt does you no good if you cannot find it. So pick a spot you already open a lot:

Your notes appthe notes on your phone

A documenta file on your computer

A paper carda card kept by your screen

Pick just one of these. The best spot is the one you check most days.

One rule keeps you safe. Never save private things. Skip passwords, account numbers, and health facts. For those, ask a real person you trust.

Give it a plain name and a short note.

Picture yourself next month. You forgot what this prompt was for. Two little things fix that.

First, give it a plain name. Say what it does in a few words. "Repair note" beats "note 3."

Second, add one short line on top that starts with "To use:". That line reminds you what to fill in.

Keep the name under five words. Keep the "To use:" line to one short sentence.

Before you save, read it slowly. Swap any real name or number for a blank in brackets, like [your unit].
