Fix and recheck your saved prompt

Small is useful; correct is the goal.

You might add a missing rule, make a vague length clear or request a different form. Supply the full prompt so the unchanged text can be checked.

Do not force every repair into one word. If two facts are wrong, both need fixing before you use the result.

Compare the whole revised prompt with the old one. If you test it, compare the whole new reply too. Fixing the first fault can leave or create another.

Food labels and portions matter to salt or sugar goals. A name such as yogurt or beans does not prove that a product fits a diet.

Use a qualified clinician or dietitian for a health plan. A wording edit cannot certify a grocery list as low in salt or sugar.

Remove invented snacks without making a diet claim.

Made-up full prompt: “Sort oats, carrots and rice as a three-item list. Keep the wording plain.” Trial reply: “oats, carrots, rice, sweet snacks.” The problem is an added item. No product labels or health plan are supplied.

Repair an omitted rain item.

Made-up full prompt: “Make a list from the supplied items: boots, raincoat and water bottle. Use bullets.” Trial reply: boots, water bottle. The raincoat is missing. Write a focused edit request that supplies both texts, keeps both original sentences and adds a rule to retain every listed item. Do not make a rule for all weather.
