Now let's lock in the form.

Last time you saved a helper you can use again. A helper is just a prompt you keep and reuse.

Today you add one small line. That line tells ChatGPT the form you want the answer to come in.

ChatGPT can answer in many forms. A list. A short email. A simple yes or no. When you name the form, you save yourself the back and forth.

Here is the trick. Picture what you will do with the answer. Will you send it? Ask for a short email. Will you check off items? Ask for a list.

Try this. Say 5 items, or say 3 sentences. Now ChatGPT knows when to stop.

The same words can feel warm or feel cold. So pick a tone. Tone just means how the words sound.

Say polite for a message to a person. Say plain for a list you read by yourself.

Now you have three small things: the form, the length, and the tone. Together they shape the answer for you.

And remember to leave out anything private. No name, no number, no address. When in doubt, leave it out.
