Separate steady facts from fresh facts

Keep, fill or find out.

Keep a default only if it fits this task. A fair may move to a new hall. A club may change where it meets.

Use clear slots for facts that need a fresh check, such as [date] and [sign-up route]. A slot names a missing fact; it does not supply one.

If a needed fact is unknown, ask the organizer or leave the draft unfinished. Do not ask ChatGPT to guess it.

A fact can be both steady and private. A saved template does not need a password, account number or health record.

Leaving a name out does not remove every clue. Review all the text you plan to share with an AI service.

Fill the notice without adding a story.

Made-up confirmed notice facts: the church craft fair is on May 9 in the church hall. Volunteers sign up at the front desk. The notice should be short and warm. No time, stall list or other event details are supplied.

Label what the repair note still needs.

Made-up task: a person wants a polite, calm note to their building manager asking about a repair. The repair problem and wanted next step change. Write a template with those two slots. No unit number or home address is needed to practice the wording.
