Find every required entry. Check counts, units and instructions. Work back from the new list to find additions or changed details.

Check the requested groups, filter and order. Keep unknowns open. Do not merge separate real entries just because a word repeats.

A matching count or neat table is not proof. Ask the source owner when a fact or choice is unclear.

For an errand plan, this week and later must come from your choices or stated due dates. AI should not quietly decide a deadline.

For a shared list, check who owns each action before using or sharing it. If an error could cause harm, get help from someone qualified to check it.
