Numbered steps1, 2, 3. Use this when one thing must come before another.

A small tabletidy columns, like a grid. Use this when each item has more than one part.

One rule keeps you safe: leave out private things. That means no phone numbers and no home addresses.

And a tidy form does not make facts true. For money, health, legal, account, or safety questions, ask a real person you trust.
