Explain each entry and any filter.

Say what one entry means. It may be a kind of food, a whole box or one delivery. Keep counts and units such as bags or cans.

Name what to include and what to leave off. If you filter out items, a shorter reply may be correct. Check it against that rule.

Do not demand eight stock items when the notes contain only three. An exact length is not a reason to invent stock.

Missing does not mean zero. If bread is listed with no count, write count not given. Check the shelf or ask the person who made the notes.

For new packing ideas, give the trip, weather, space and needs. Treat the reply as a draft to review, not proof that you have packed everything.
