Step 1 of 5
Picking up where we left off
AI can sound sure and still be wrong.
Last time you learned a big idea. AI guesses the next words from patterns it has seen. It is not reading from a fact book.
So a smooth guess can look just like a true fact. It sounds calm and sure either way.
Today you do one small, friendly job. You find one fact that looks made up, then you fix it.
Here are four signs to watch for in an answer:
An oddly exact number"this lasts 14.7 days"
A rule no one told you"the form is due in 21 days"
A source you cannot findno real name to check
A fact that is too neatit fits a little too well
These signs matter most for health, money, legal, account, or safety facts. A made-up dose or deadline can really hurt you.
For those topics, do not trust a guess. Ask a real person you trust, like a doctor, banker, or lawyer.

Buddy says
You do not need proof that a fact is wrong. If you see a sign, that is enough to stop and check.
