A calm reply can still urge you to act on the wrong terms. Name each error. Ask for the full reply again.
Words such as explain only are not a safety switch. Read what the new reply says.
Learn it
Keep every correction in the new reply.
Fix the fee’s timing and the daily balance condition. Keep other fees and due dates unknown. Remove the unsupported pay-today instruction.
The complete reply can show the 12-month cost example too, but must keep its assumption and exclude unknown other fees.
Read the whole revision. A request to fix one error can leave another error in place or introduce a new one.
If the result stays unclear, use the actual terms and qualified help. A simpler sentence is not proof that the financial claim is right.
