Maybe it felt too fancy. Maybe it ran too long. Maybe it tried to tell you what to do.

Good news: you can fix that. You just push back once. Here are the three problems to look for. Pick the one that bothers you most:

Too confusingit used hard bank words

Pushing back just means you reply again. You name the one problem. Then you ask for a plainer answer.

Here is the line that keeps you safe. A plainer answer still does not decide your money. For a plan, a bill, or a loan, ask a real person you trust.
