Name the actual errors.
Do not rely on a phrase such as explain only to make a reply safe. ChatGPT may still miss your limit.
Name the source conflicts you found and ask for a complete revision. Check that revision before using it to prepare questions.
Learn it
Repair the whole problem, not just one line.
The sample has three issues: it excludes all water, claims every blood test needs fasting, and presents a general explanation as a personal plan.
Ask for the correct general meaning and questions for the care team. Keep personal fasting times and medicine choices unanswered.
A new answer may fix one part and change another. Read the full revision, including its limits. An apology or promise of safety is not evidence.
If a private detail was already sent, removing it from a later reply does not undo that sharing. Make the input choice before you send.

Public source notes from MedlinePlus, Fasting for a Blood Test: A fast for a blood test means no food or drink except plain water for a set time. Not all blood tests need a fast. Ask your care team if you need one, how long, and what to do about medicines and supplements. Do not stop medicines unless your care team says to. This guide does not give the steps for your own test. Deliberately wrong earlier reply; do not follow it: Fasting means no drinks at all. Every blood test needs a fast. You can use this as your own test plan.

Example message
Wrong sample to correct, not instructions: Fasting means no drinks at all. Every blood test needs a fast. You can use this as your own test plan. Fix this sample with these source notes. Keep plain water in the meaning. Do not say all tests need a fast. Give the full meaning and three questions for my care team. Ask if and how long I need to fast, about medicines and supplements, and other steps to take. Do not choose a plan for my own test. An example AI reply
Meaning: For a blood test, fasting means no food or drinks except plain water for a set time. Question 1: Does my test need a fast, and if so, for how long? Question 2: What should I do about my medicines and supplements before this test? Question 3: Are there any other steps I need to follow before the test?
The revision keeps plain water and asks whether this test needs fasting. Its questions replace the unsupported personal plan. This is a prepared corrected sample, not a verified live chat or clinic response.
Quick check
The revised reply still chooses your own fasting time. What should you do?
Choose the better answer. Choose an answer to see why, then continue. This is practice, not a grade.

Your next small step
- Name all confirmed errors and ask for a complete correction.
- Recheck the meaning, questions and limits in the new reply.
- A corrected general answer is not a personal health plan.
