Separate the meaning from your questions

A question list is not an answered care plan.

For our practice, ask for a meaning and three questions. Cover whether and how long to fast, medicines and supplements, and other preparation.

Do not ask AI to fill in those personal answers. Your care team needs to give the instructions for your test.

A clear layout can still contain an error. Check the meaning and every question against the source and your task.

You may need more questions for your real concern. This sample list is not a complete checklist for every test or person.
